Day 1 – Jan. 20 – Wednesday: Departure - Arrival
Depart on an overnight flight to Tel-Aviv. |
 | DAY 2 – Jan. 21 - Thursday: Tel Aviv – Tiberias
Upon arrival at the airport in Tel Aviv, Coralrepresentatives will meet and assist you, inside the terminal,with customs and immigration, along with the transfer of luggage before boarding your motor-coach to your hotel. Meet your guide and driver and transfer to your hotel in Tiberias.Dinner and overnight: Hotel in Tiberias. |
DAY 3 – Jan. 22 - Friday: Sea of Galilee – Capernaum - Tabgha
This morning we cross the Sea of Galilee by boat to Capernaum, home of St. Peter, and visit the ruins of the ancient synagogue. Continue to Tabgha, the site of the multiplication of loaves and fishes, where we will have an opportunity to have a St. Peter Fish Lunch (on your own). Continue to the Mount of Beatitudes, where Jesus preached the Sermon on the Mount. End the day at Yardenit, the baptismal site at the Jordan River, where baptisms may be celebrated (optional). Dinner and overnight: Hotel in Tiberias.

Day 4 – Jan. 23 - Saturday: Cana – Nazareth - Caesarea - Jerusalem
After breakfast we will say goodbye to the Sea of Galilee and travel south to Jerusalem. As our motor-coach takes us through the Jordan Valley we will pass via Cana and Nazareth to Mt. Carmel, the place where Elijah faced the prophets of Baal and brought down the fire of God (1 Kings 18), affording us a magnificent panorama of Carmel, the Mountains of Samaria, and the entire Jezreel Valley below. Proceed to Caesarea, seat of the Roman Procurator of Judea at the time of Christ, built 2000 years ago by King Herod the Great. View the ruins of Roman, Byzantine and Crusader times. Continue up to Jerusalem. Enter the city in the traditional way and view the city from Mt.Scopus. Dinner and overnight: Hotel in Jerusalem.

Day 5 – Jan. 24 - Sunday: Bethlehem - Jerusalem
The day starts with a morning visit to Bethlehem.Visit the Church of the Nativity and Shepherds Field. Return to Jerusalem and ascend the Mount of Olives (Matthew 24:3, Luke 21:37) for a breathtaking panoramic view of the old cit of Jerusalem. Walk along the Palm Sunday Way to the Garden of Gethsemane (Matthew 26:36-46, Luke 22:39-45, Mark 14:32-42), where Jesus spent the last night before he was arrested. Continue to the Last Supper Room (Matthew 26: 17-25) and King David’s Tomb. Return to the hotel. Dinner and overnight: Hotel in Jerusalem.

Day 6 – Jan. 25 - Monday: Jerusalem – Qumran – Dead Sea
This morning we’ll visit the Israel Museum which hosts the Holy Land model of the Second Temple and the Shrine of th Book where the Dead Sea Scrolls are kept. Continue on to Yad Vashem, the Holocaust Museum. We will also visit the Martin Luther King Memorial in Jerusalem. In the afternoon drive to the Dead Sea and visit Qumran, where th Dead Sea Scrolls were found. Today you’ll also have an opportunity to float at the Dead Sea. Return to Jerusalem. Dinner and overnight: Hotel in Jerusalem

Day 7 – Jan. 26 - Tuesday: Jerusalem
This morning we will visit the Western Wall. Continue to the
house of the high priest Caiphas. Visit the Church of Peter in Gallicantu (Matthew 26:31-35). This is the place where Peter denied the Lord 3 times. Visit St.Anne’s Church, a fine example of Crusader architecture, and the Pools of Bethesda. We will also tour the Via Dolorosa andthe Ethiopian Church. End the day with a visit to the Garde Tomb. Farewell dinner. Overnight: Hotel in Jerusalem.

Day 8 – Jan. 27 - Wednesday: Jerusalem - TLV - USA
Today we will leave the Holy Land -taking with us fond memories of the land and of the spiritual blessings we have received. We will also have made new friends that will last a lifetime along with our memories. Arrive back in the USA today.
